This is a full-time position where you will be working with the DAO, and you are free to work from anywhere. Our contributors and stakeholders are spread throughout the globe, so hours vary, but we do our best to ensure that most meetings occur during times where all parties can reasonably attend. We are looking for an experienced Head of Community to join our team! As a Head of Community, you’ll have to maintain control of community operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of Community Coordinators on a day-to-day basis; Work out negative reviews Build from scratch the solid support structure in the community; Build operational processes; Build the proper set of evaluation mechanisms (KPIs) through which the Lido should come; Managing community team. Who are we looking for: Our desired candidate is a person who has successful experience in with custom desktop hardcore platform or complicated product.
Requirements:
English speaker; Experience of working with desktop hardcore platform; Experience in managing team; Strong soft-skills; Adaptable.
